You can enjoy gorgeous fragrance, and fresh taste of slight firing.

Also you should have it with a wine glass.

It's more fancy.

My favorite is blue label Lapis.

Like Akita sake, Yamamoto is also gorgeous and clear.

You should try standard Pure Black at first.

Inaniwa Udon is one of the Japan's three major udon.

Texture is smooth and easy to eat.

Recommended for hot summer.

This restaurant have many varieties of Inaniwa Udon like Green Curry.

【Tsurunoyu Onsen】

This is a famous hotel in Nyuto hotspring.

The huge outside hotspring is so nice which is mixed bathing. But it's safe because of maddy hotspring, you can't see under water.

Watching satrs in hotspring was incredible experience for me.

Also there are outside hotspring for men and women.

This hotel is in unexplored region so you can't use your smartphone and there are no television.

But I think it's good to spend slow and relaxing time.
