【Syaraku】＆【Hiroki】

Two top sake in Fkushima.

Both sake have nice balance of taste and very clear.

I like Syaraku more because it's more fruity.

【Niida Shizenshu】

It has rich and sweet taste.

My favorite is pink label fresh sake.

It's sweet, sour and very juciy so like peach juice.

【Abukuma】

It is rare to see this sake in Tokyo but taste is really good.

So if find this, you should try it. 

【Gyouza no Terui】

Fukushima is also famous for gyoza.

We call it 「Enban(disk) Gyoza」. 

Terui is in the building next to Fukushima station, so it's very convenient.

Texture is hot and crunchy, like between grilled gyoza and fried gyoza.

This gyoza is my best favorite.

【Medetaiya】

Aizu is famous for Ramen but Sauce Cutlet Bowl is also famous.

Shredded cabbage and sauce cutlet are on rice.

At Medetaiya you can eat both as a set menu.
