【Yoru no Teiou】

The name Yoru no Teiou means King of the Night in English.

We think it's strong sake according to the name but it's not.

Not too strong or too dry, balance is good and match with meals.

【Kamotsuru】

This sake is served at Sukiyabashi Jiro which is the most famous sushi restaurant.

Former prime minister Mr.Abe and Mr.Obama had a dinner and this sake here.

It has moderate scent and sharp taste.

【Iccyan】

「Iccyan」 is a okonomiyaki restaurant which is listed in the Michelin Guide.

Gentle taste that makes the most of the ingredients.

Especially, cabbages are very sweet and match with simple sauce.

【France Ya】

「France Ya」is in the Saijyo city which is one of the three majjor sake breweries.

This restaurant is runned by Kamonishiki brewery and

you can eat 「Bisyu nabe（sake hot pot）」 at here.

Ingredients are only meats, vegetables,sake,salt and pepper. 

So simple but gentle taste.
