Taste is dry and sharp, so it's match with fresh raw fish.

【Niseko】

It is rare to find fragrant and sweet sake in Hokkaido except Niseko.

They use only local rice for brewing.

【Nanbantei】

I love Japanese fried chiken(Karaage).

There is famous karaage in Hookaido, 

we call it Zangi.

The difference between karaage and Zangi

is that it is already seasoned before fry.
