This brewery is said that most old brewery in Japan.

It was built in 1141.

It has a unique aroma and a strong acidity, but sharp.

You should drink with fresh sea food.

【Morishima】

The balance of sweetness, umami and bitterness is good.

This is the sake that you won't get tired of drinking and

that fits in with your daily life.

【Elbis】

Stamina Ramen is famous food in Ibaraki.

On top of ramen there are thick starchy sauce with plenty of vegetables and liver.

It's has strong taste but there are sweetness of pumpkins, so you can eat it easily.

Ymadai is restaurant and izakaya run by the fish shop.

You can enjoy fresh fish and sake at very reasonable price.

When I lived in Ibaraki, I used to go to Yamadai for lunch and dinner.

This is where I overcame raw fish dislike.
