Kumamoto is also famous for ramen.

Kumamoto Ramen is similar to Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen but seasoned by onion chips and garlic oil

My friend in Kumamot recommended me Ramen Tenho.

She said this is the only ramen shop that she goes for ramen.

Whta is suprising is that there is  a only one menu 「Ramen」.

Smell is very strong but soup is clear and mild.

【Funatoku】

You can enjoy local foods and sake like horsemeat sashimi, mustard lotus root and fresh sashimi.

Horssemeat sashimi is very fresh and there is no peculiar smell.

We can't eat this in Tokyo.Also mackerel sashimi is delicious too.
