【Jikon】

 This is very popular and rare sake like Juyondai.

It's fruity and sweet but not too much, balance is perfect.

 

【Zaku】

It's getting more and more famous after served at Iseshima Summit.

Gorgeous fragrance and moderate sweetness and acidness match with

various meals. Of course you can enjoy it without food.

 

【Hanzo】

This sake is also served at Iseshima Summit.

The name Hanzo came from Iga Ninjya.

They use only local ingredients for brewing.

FOOD

【Takakura】

「Ton Teki(Pork Steak)」 is famous in Mie.

This restaurant is famous but you can not make a reservation, so you should line up.

First of all, the amount of shredded cabbage is surprising.

Sauce has strong taste with garlic and meet has moderate softness.

IZAKAYA

【Umayasu】

「Umayasu」 is a local izakaya and famous for izakaya lover.

Because sake writer Mr.Rui Yoshida visited here on TV show.

 

It was very relaxing time for me to having good food and sake.

Also master likes talking about sake.

So you should ask him a recommendation.

There will be a sake which is served only here.

My favorites are stewed tuna and stewed beef tendon.
