Thisi is brewered by the only sake brewery in Miyazaki.
I recommend drink it as a hot sake, because it will raise sweetness and umami.
FOOD
Ogura is said that it is the birth place of 「Chiken Nanban」.
It is fried chicken with tartar sauce.
I ate Chiken cutlet curry instead of Chiken Nanban because I'm not good at tartar sauce.
Chiken cutlet was so crispy that I loved it.
