It has fruity scent and sweet taste.

This brewery is also famous for barley shochu.

【Shikairo】

Nagasaki is famous for Nagasaki Champon and Shikairo is birth place.

Originally it was delicious, cheap, volumy and healthy noodle for Chinese students, 

Soup is simple but plenty of umami from lots of ingredients like seafoods, meats and vegetables.
