Niigata is fasmous for light and dry sake and these two are most popular.　

 【Takachiyo】

There are many series of sake which is sweet.

I like green label Takachiyo.

It is really suprising that it taste like mellon us real.

 【Murayu】

This is also sweet sake not like Niigata sake.

The amount of brewering  this is little so it is rare to have chance to drink it.

【Masa Chan】

Tare Katsu（rice bowl with fried pork dip into sauce） is local food in Niigata.

There original sauce is a little sweet and lots of umami. 

It looks like heavey to eat, but thin and crispy katsu is so light that you can't stop eating
