Strong taste sake is common in Okayama but this one is different.

Smooth and sweet taste, moderate acidness and bitter taste, balance is good.

【Nakamitsu】

Ushimado is called Japanese Aegean Ses and there is a famous kamaboko shop.

There are so many freshly made kamaboko in the showcase that it is difficult to choose. 

It is good for not only breakfast but also for appetizer with sake.

My favorite is bacon cheese fly.

「Sushi Katsu」is a izakaya restaurant which is loved by local people.

There are many variety of foods except for sushi.

You can order lunch set even in the evening 

and sashimi lunch set is cheaper than assorted sashimi. 

I loved the deep fried oysters.
