These two sake are most popular sake in Saga.

You can feel the soft scent of banna or melon.

They are not too sweet so it match with meals.

【Koueigiku】

This brewery went bankrupt in 2006 but reopened in 2019.

It's fruity and sweet.

You can enjoy it not only during meals but also before or after meals.

Yobuko cit is famous for squid dish.

In the sashimi known as Ikezukuri, the flesh of still-living squid is served.

At first it seems really scary because they are still moving but sweet and crunchy taste are very delicious.

After eating with sashimi, they are served by tempura which is also super good.

This izakaya is in Himeno Onsen which is three major hot springs for beautiful skin.

It is famous for Hot Tofu and Tofu Croquette.

Also you can enjoy local sake. My favorite is Iwanokura which is called Shichida in Tokyo.
