「Izumo Soba」 is one of Japan's three major soba.

They are served with round lacquerware called wariko.

You can enjoy the aroma of soba and good texture.

Usually there are smoe warikos so It is fun to eat diffrent varieties of soba at same time.

Very at home izakaya 「Yamaichi」.

Menus are on the wall and there are no prices written.

So we will become anxious but we don't have to be worry, prices are reasonable.

Having Matsue oden with local sake is so nice.

Also you sholud order clam soup which is famous in Lake Shinji.

It is goof for prevent hangover.
