Once you drink, flavor and sweetness spread in your mouth.

【Sugata】

My reccomendation is the Jyunmaidaiginjyo fresh unrefined sake.

It's has mild sweetness and smooth texture.

You will be suprise to find that this sake's alcohol degree is 17. 

【Menmen】

Utsunomiya is gyoza city and most famous restaurant is 「Minmin」.

But my recommendation is 「Menmen」.

Gyoza feather s are very crispy and overflowing with gravy.

Gyoza  with beer is one of the most match in Japan.
