Their goal is to brewer ultimate meal sake.

Nice balance and clear.

You can enjoy this with any meals.

【Kosaku】

This is a very famous restaurant for 「Houtou」 which is a soul food in Yamanashi.

Thick flat noodles and many ingredients such as meat, pumpkin and potato are served with miso based soup. 

It is like hot pot for one person.

【Okutou】

Also 「Boiled Chiken Offal」 is famous too in Yamanashi.

「Okutou」is a soba restaurant but it was born in here.

They start cooking when they got an order, so it takes a time,
